"Firstly, I want to make it clear that every single one of the staff at this location are amazing, EXCEPT the manager. She favors the regulars and unfortunately, did not recognize that we were regulars too just not on her shifts... We were the only table in what clearly was not her section and after being called to the table behind us for a complaint, she seemingly forgot we were there. The food which is normally amazing, was a little off this morning. My husband's skillet was good, but my cinnamon roll pancakes (which is one of their specialties) had a strange aftertaste, it also did not come out at the same time as my husband's skillet which was unusual compared to past experiences. We waited almost 15 mins just for the check and when she brought it over to us, she apologized for "too much talking" with other customers. We have had both Jake and the curly haired bubbly waitress in the past and they were very attentive and always created a pleasant experience. Waiting almost 15 mins after our food was cleared for a check is unacceptable, especially from a manager. It may be a while before we are back and next time we may request a specific server..."

"Decided to try this place out for the first time and had a great experience. The food came out quick and was delicious. Our server Aala was very kind and pleasant. I’ll definitely come back here."

"Ordered the skillet w corned beef. It was delicious, not corned beef. In all my years, i have not seen corned beef as served. It was beef stew, yet delicious. Alyssa, waitress, was courteous but disagreed w me. She was not trained in offering suggestions about the food. Servers should try the food and be able to explain food choices. She did say it was a new menu. Alyssa was very efficient and kind. I will return. Best GF pancakes I've tried in a restaurant."

"Unfortunately have to give this place 1 star. After reading all of the bad reviews I still wanted to give it a try but it was exactly what we read…. The only positive: the restaurant is clean and nice atmosphere, also the green juice was clean and fresh. It wasn’t a busy Saturday but took forever for them to take order. The ladies just there chatting not paying attention. But they did apologized later. We came for lunch and order lunch entree. I got the chipotle chicken panini which was bad… that there was a piece of hair on it ( I let it go because we waited for a while and hungry) but when I looked at the panini there were only chicken, tomato, lettuce and mayo sauce. No buratta cheese no bacon, or sauté onions as it shows on menu. The lady took it back to the kitchen and returned with melted cheese but not buratta cheese and pieces bacon. The dish just so bad and cold. The other dish my husband got was chicken quesadilla, it was so cold also…we thought there were no cheese it was like they just put cheese just for garnish…so dried, picked up one piece all the chicken fell off the tortilla, the pickle jalapeños just too big and MORE than cheese. Not worth it for the price!!! They need to work better on there service and kitchen team. Not just throwing stuffs together and call it a dish… Maybe their breakfast items better… but probably not going back. Everybody have different dine experience but for us it was really disappointing."
