"I love coming to this Dunkin location to work for an hour or so, but today had to leave suddenly due to what felt like an excessive amount of comet cleaner with bleach being used on the floors. I got a headache after a few minutes and did not feel well. I’m not sure what the safe handling requirements are but recommend this be looked at again for employee and guest safety."

"Horrible service. The man in the drive up window apparently cannot speak. I said thank you. No response. I said thank you again. No response. Then runs away from the window like I did something wrong. Worst customer service ever. They need to be retrained. If you don't like your job, please get another one."

"I try to avoid this location even though it’s convenient on my way to work before I hit the highway. The morning shift employees are so rude. They act like I’m a bother instead of a customer. I order on the app and when I come to pick up they just hand me my drink. No hello or thank you. They also Never give receipts and if I ask, they can’t give to me because they have to reprint and it takes time."

"One time I came here and sat down after ordering . Waited 15 min. Turns out they forgot my order. Another time i came inside to pick up a mobile order, they forgot my donut. Asked the lady near the register for my donut and she was very rude. Later I got to eat my donut and its face down in the bag, frosting stuck to the bag. Bad service Update - tried ordering from here again and I got a vanilla long John with no frosting and the caramel frozen coffee did not taste like anything . Threw out both. Waste of time and money. Only thing that was good was the breakfast sandwich. Worst place to order from, I actively try not to go to this Dunkin"

"A big shoutout to Jose, excellent customer service. I made him add cream to my coffee a couple of times, he wasn't hesitant and gladly did what I asked for. I liked the strawberry refresher, we tried the new chocolate caramel cold brew with chocolate foam but it was also bitter. The only downside is that The midnight coffee was too bitter for my liking. Loved the sprinkle chocolate donut."
