"Horrible service!!! My order was incorrect and the workers were RUDE!!! I was asked to return the frosty which was the wrong flavor…because I had already pulled forward…I dropped it trying to return it. The lady called me RUDE …then I get home and the plain burger was cheese (my daughter is allergic)…I called back and they pretended not to hear or understand me. CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!"

"The burger was good, the cashier was friendly, however the floor up by the counter area was UNBELIEVABLY sticky. Someone clearly spilled pop earlier. I told the cashier how bad it was, yet no one cleaned it up in the time I sat there and ate! I'm sure there's a lot of other unhappy people that had to deal with it too. I literally had to go home and wash the bottom of my shoes because they were sticking to the floor so bad still!!! THAT shouldn't happen!!!"

"Purely based on the customer service I got from what I assume is the late night manager. I pull up into the drive-thru, and tell her my name that and that I have an online order. She proceeds to tell me that I can pull up to the second window. She proceeds to hand me the wrong food for a different customer and closes the window. I have to wave her down to tell her that I received the wrong food. She is incredibly rude and shouldn't be in customer service. Raising her voice and accusing me of sending my order to another restaurant. When I showed her my order for this location she told me I was wrong and would have to resend it in to go back through the line again. Awful customer service. Hope she can get that surgery soon to remove that stick."

"Will not come back here again. Last time I was here they messed up my order because the guy taking my order decided not to listen to it. Then gave me attitude when I kindly asked if it could be corrected as I'm allergic to dairy. This time I go through the drive through and the same guy taking my order snapped at me while I ordered my food as the screen did not reflect what I ordered. Very uncomfortable situation. Then my food was practically throw at me. Beyond disappointed. Also couldn't go straight to the wendys website to file a complaint as I was refused a receipt."
