"For starters it’s overpriced. We moved in December for 2022, our smart lock never worked and when they came to fix it they replaced it with a regular lock. Our breeze way looks gross all of the time. I went to go workout this morning and the locks were not even on!! That’s terrifying, and none of the treadmills even turned on. The place is “smoke free” but there’s cigarette buds everywhere. We cannot wait till our lease is over. I do not recommend. At least the staff are nice. Our ring doorbell doesn’t work either. Lol basically paying for “luxury” when it’s nothing but the opposite. Highly disappointed."
"Maria and Cindy are truly exceptional. With recent property improvements, it's now at its finest. They expertly assist you every step of the way, ensuring the apartment is perfect for your stay. The added community events, giveaways, and 24-hour gym access are fantastic. The ability to reserve the clubhouse for private events is a great perk. This has truly been my best apartment rental experience ever, and I wholeheartedly recommend Cindy and Maria."
