"Someone used my social last year and I applied for the first time this year and this place is saying it's my application when it's not..I gv these people pics of my driver license and social..the people who reviewed my application say everything was good but they had wrong social..they told me to tell the management company to put the correct wrong there due yo co.puyer error..it's scary someone used my info and these folks denied me because of it..it's wrong...these people in the office claim that ask for info and got no response and that's not true I sent my driver license and social and had my locator reach out and I was denied..but I ended up getting a home somewhere else with no issues..it's and I went through this and wasted money.."
"I visited my friend here and was impressed with how nice it is. We got together to play some soccer and then went over to the pool and relaxed at the cabana before we went back to his house. He had a good sized back yard and we were able to grill up some steaks and play corn hole. It’s close enough to Austin that I was able to hop on 290 and be back in town in 15min but far enough out that we were able to get to Walmart in 5min to grab more drinks. I will definitely be looking to move here in the future."
"This company seems to have changed their name numerous times, the most recent being Granden to Beacon. This is NOT a neighborhood own by them. This rental company came in and bought most of the homes from Phase 6, the last of the built construction homes, in an established neighborhood. Phase 1-5 built homes are all actual homeowners. This is a neighborhood of about 90% Homeowners. However, this companies advertising and wording would make people think they own all the homes in the neighborhood. In addition, ‘amenities’ they advertised are false. They just came to cause disruption in a majority homeowner based community, I wish they would sell the rentals to homebuyers and disappear."

"Presidential heights is a suburbean neighborhood with 90% individual homeowners. A developer purchased the last few homes and is advertising it as their community. It is not. You'll be renting a single family home in a regular neighborhood among homeowners. Half the listed amenities don't exist. There's no dog park or playground. The pool is not Granden's but a neighborhood community pool. False advertising at best."
