"nice apartments, but the management is horrible they take forever to take care of your needs… while we lived there our sink fell in the middle of the night yes fell they took a MONTH to fix it a Month I had a tower of dishes with a new born in the house!!! We moved out in November and we patched the walls we painted where we had to we left the apartment spotless!!!! And the want to say that we had a to pay for carpet damage so they used the deposit for that…. THERE IS NO CARPET IN THE APARTMENT!!!! This WILL be a bigger problem if we don’t get our deposit back… I tried the professional route and they gave me 2 Fake emails to “Discuss the situation” I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes. Absolutely outrageous!!!!!"

"Every time I pick up my grandson, the dumpsters are always full and trash all over. Their apartment is really nice but the parking area always looks tacky."

"Bellingham Park Apartments are a good place to live, they have done an awesome job at getting the community clean. They have security on site now that you can contact if anything was to go wrong and can’t reach the office. I can say it’s coming along but it wouldn’t be possible if they didn’t have 3 awesome people in the front office Alma, Josh and Melissa"

"I’ve been on a lookout for an apartment and I checked out Bellingham. Everything seemed fine the guy told me to fill out some paperwork to check if I qualified, and he told that I would be able to tour the 1x1 units, but the past times I’ve asked to see the units he keeps telling me that they’re still cleaning it. Which is fine, therefore I didn’t want to sign a lease or anything else until I made sure I toured the unit I would be given. But for some reason I got a message yesterday about rent being due even though I NEVER SIGNED A LEASE. I called to see why they were charging me and a lady told me that they had me assigned to a unit already, and I HAD NO IDEA OF THIS. I’m waiting to hear back that they fixed their mistake. Not happy at all."

"When I completed the app, the apt brochure and the leasing agents stated every apartment comes with a washer/dryer. I've been here 3 months and still don't have a washer/dryer. One of the agents just applied $300 credit to my account for not having the appliances for 3 months. Crediting my account, doesn't make up for the lies told. This info should've been divulged before signing the lease. I would have never signed a lease for this apartment if I knew the washing/dryer were not here. Paying $1200 a month is too much for a 1/1 apartment without the promised amenities. The security gate has not worked since I've been here. It is always open. Also, the outlets in my room doesn't hold a 55 in TV. The power keeps going out. When I called maintenance, he told me this has been a big problem here. My neighbors big screen blew out and her TV never worked again after the breaker trip multiple times. She also stated her dishwasher flooded her apartment and another neighbor states water is seeping from under her tub because they didn't caulk it properly. You can tell shoddy work was done and a lot of lying was done to get renters here. Seems as though, they were trying to get renters in here so hastily because this project was probably overdue and they were losing money. This is suppose to be affordable housing but just because this is the cheapest complex in town doesn't mean it's affordable. Also, if you move to this complex, just know alot of rental assistance resources available will not help because it is located in Manor/Travis and not Austin/Travis. Most churches will only help with the last $100 or $200 of rent but you'll have to pay the remaining balance before they'll write a check. It's sad that rent is so high here in Austin that others see an opportunity to take advantage of vulnerable people. This is not affordable housing, AT ALL!"
