"This place is awful. The noise is unreal. The staff is unfriendly and not concerned, whatsoever, with a tenant's needs. If you move into apartment 2002, you will inevitably get to listen to the insecurities of young men peeling out by your window at 4:45 - 5:30 every morning. It is LOUD and the management could not care less. Do not move here. I would give it a zero rating if I could."
"Ms. Joyce Fletcher in the office is efficient, Funny, Sweet, friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through the process and patiently answered my questions. Ms Sandra as well was very instrumental in moving the process along. They make a great team and exhibited excellent communication and teamwork skills."
"The ladies in the office have been so helpful and patient with me during the complete process. I was provided great assistance with completing the initial application. I did get discouraged because, I was not able to obtain a document needed to be approved. Eventually I was able to get that document and the ball has been rolling since then. The ladies in the front owed me nothing however they went above and beyond to assist me (from the 1 on 1 application walk through, the 1st month free, to staying late as 7pm just so I can turn in documents). I have had a few minor issues (shower handle broken, garbage disposal not working, dryer lost electricity and pipes in the restrooms) with my unit however maintenance has been fulfilling every request with in 48 hours of submission. I hope that nothing changes, I am happy here and feel like family not just a resident. Thanks to Casandra and Joyce. Keep up the amazing work ladies."

"The leasing office staff is great and has very good communication skills, even though our move in kept getting pushed back 3/4 times I decided to wait and glad I did. Sandra does a very good job of reassuring that the job is getting done ☑️ the community looks clean and well kept"
