"I recently took a tour of this property and was greeted with warmth by the staff. They were kind, helpful and had great knowledge of the property and the surrounding areas. I was particularly impressed by Eliza's politeness and patience with me. I fell in love with the layout of the floor plan, especially the kitchen which is big enough for me to host my friends and family."

"Laziest Management I’ve ever dealt with. All they do is send emails out. I lived here for over a year and had high hopes. This is a fetch package property which is something you are made to pay for and is 100% unreliable. No one’s picks up after their dog which is real sad and disgusting. Two apartments in my building got broken into and when I asked management about it they refused to discuss or even tell me if anything was being done to make us feel safer they literally told me they cannot discuss that with me. I gave them one start cause the maintenance staff was actually good one of the guys was nice enough to inform me that there were some break ins and to be careful. Not the management some random maintenance guy told me about it. Any time I needed to talk to management that ask did you email us which was pointless cause they never really would get back to you. I did like this place I had high hopes cause the price for the size was pretty decent until they wanted to raise my rent to Austin prices. I lived in a one bedroom and the people next to me was a one bed room and had six people living in that one apartment and that was ok but yet I wasn’t allowed to rescue another dog and live with me. Just made no sense to me. Place when down hill really fast couldn’t wait till my lease was up. Also it’s a Greystar Property just Google them horrible reviews as well. I now know definitely do your research before you move in to a place. Good Luck people"

"My experience at Prose was amazing! The staffing was super helpful and patient. I was able to meet some of the management. I appreciated their attentiveness and very informative assistance. They were happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. Natalie was welcoming and seemed trilled to help me find a perfect fit.The community is in a great location. Close enough to have a fun time in Austin, but AWAY from the traffic! I did not expect them apartments to look so spacious and feel so homey. Not to mention they are a pet friendly community. Bella and myself are very excited to start a new journey here!"
