The Grand at Manor

"Conveniently close ( walking distance) to most important things in your life: schools, shopping mall, highway, variety of local stores( jewel, $ store, Ross, Marshalls, old navy etc)."

"When we first moved to The Grand Manor it we thought was great. Almost out of our second year and will not be renewing the lease we won’t say it’s horrible but too small for the price. Noisy area now with the building project surrounding the apartments allot of Semi’s coming and going. Someone in building 5 parties on the weekend because you end up hearing screaming noises. Residents with dogs “DO NOT””” clean up the dog poop ever. So you are subject to step in some. The first floor of the building is very nasty from 1st floor tenant leaves his trash can out all week. Maintenance does answer promptly I do not blame them they do all they can around here just a nasty tenant! Packages get stolen & upon mentioning to the office it’s like it does not matter. A few times roaches were coming through the tub upon showering weird as we didn’t experience this the first year. The location of the complex is good very accessible to the highway. What a beautiful place when you drive in I do feel in time the Grand Manor is headed towards looking Ghetto which can be a bad thing if the flaws aren’t corrected."

"I do not recommend living here. Lived here for a little over one year and couldn't wait to leave. CONS: - You're required to use the internet service they provide, it's site wide, and it goes down often, sometimes for hours at a time with no idea of when it will be back up. - The buildings are dirty because of litter. This community is only about a year old and yet you'd never know it. When walking up the stairs I would come across things like: a melting ring pop all over the stairs, dog pee/vomit, dog poop in the halls, part of someone's weave, random articles of clothing, and a pile of trash bags stacked up and left right in front of the building. A lovely "welcome home!" - Bugs. Everywhere. Spiders specifically. A lot of spiders were in the apartment and around the building. -It's LOUD in mornings and at night. Nightly sirens from ambulances/cop cars going down 290. If you're in a building close to 290, you will 100% be woken by this nightly. - Also the train horn. - Also the construction site noises in early AM. - Also the early morning honking (6/7am) from bus drivers/parents dropping of their kids at the high-school. It goes on for at least an hour straight. - Off leash dogs & people not picking up after them. - Hardly any storage space in the units. PROS: - The office staff and maintenance team are wonderful! And that's not something that is found often. They go above and beyond. - The community is fairly quiet and peaceful during the day (mornings and nights see above.) - The community hosts a food truck and fun community events regularly."

"The community is really well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and has a great Pool, Gym, Tennis Court, and other amenities. The location is also great, with easy access to Austin in just a 15 minute drive. I also feel safe and secure in this community and would highly recommend living here!"
