"The leasing office staff was great. Anytime I had a question or needed something done, Athena was eager to help. Also Justin the maintenance chief made sure everyone’s heaters were running in the winter and supplied residents with heaters if theirs didn’t work. Overall good experience"

"I lived here in 2020 and was one of the first residents to move in with my ex-boyfriend on their studio unit! That place was amazing but because of the whole 2021 Winter Storm Fiasco, I dealt with a whole week with power but no heater. Called it quits simply because it’s to far from Austin and was using the tolls constantly to see my family and friends in the city and the change in management. Overall, the apartments are amazing and I’m very surprised there’s a new McDonald’s nearby. My stay back in 2020 was decent! Hope yall are enjoying it so far!"

"Athena and The Conley staff are truly top tier. I have never written a google review and probably will never write another one but they really need all the recognition. The property is a very well kept, nice community. Alongside this, the staff truly make sure that you feel taken care of and they truly go above and beyond to ensure that you have an easy and seamless move in. I had some issues with my unit when I moved in and they were ALL taken care of same day (thanks Athenaaa!!). Would 10/10 recommend this community to anyone who is thinking of moving here."

"I have lived here for nearly 3 years now, and I can say, I truly love The Conley. First, management is world class. They care about the people, who live in their community. The clubhouse is always stocked, clean, smells fantastic and orderly. The gym is spotless every time. The pool is relaxing and brings us great joy. Maintenance is stellar, if you have an issue they actually fix it. No kidding, urgent requests are handled in lightning speed, and minor fixes (light bulbs, air filters, etc) less than 48 hours. The community is familial and kind, and l do not have to worry about my family’s safety. The location is closely located to great food, and HEB is right down the road. You can trust your decision in join The Conley community! 11/10 Stars"

"In the beginning I was hesitant moving from Virginia to Austin, but Conley gave a much better apartment experience here. The maintenance team is great, management is exceptional and the amenities are great. Love to sit by the pool and the chill out area beside it. Just a suggestion, a game area with pool table/ foosball table would be a great addition. And some more equipment in the gym like pull up rods."
