"Nothing but rats ratchet ghetto nasty people take ur mail try and steal yo identity and the office and fake security guards that walks around young children with a Ak in his hands are rude and disrespectful don’t do anything to help I’ve never had a key for my mail box they have black mold and always trying to kick someone out due to they neglecting their occupancy I only gave a one star cause u have to give a rating I’ve had sewage leak from my above floor and nothing has been done never ever move into this place"

"Filthy, roach infested, rodents everywhere. All of these recent reviews are fake, I’ve been here 3 years & never seen any of these tenants here. Management is terrible, staff is extremely rude, careless & unprofessional. They hire and fire maintenance what seems like every month so nothing ever gets fixed in a timely matter. The mold in the units are so bad it eats through the sheet rock they use to “repair” trouble spots. The air conditioning units constantly go out & the staff are unresponsive. The neighborhood is extremely dangerous, last week a man got robbed at gunpoint literally outside my bedroom window. If your looking for a place to rent, THIS IS NOT IT! Save your money & your time!"
