"Room was clean. Was doing painting in foyer. Area not safe to walk at night if you want to go to the Galleria, recommend walk with others. Very loud at night from cars racing. Also check your bill, they charged me for valet laundry service which I did not use. Good breakfast."

He was patient , sweet , and kind. I let him know it was my birthday and first time visiting Houston. He gave me multiple suggestions for places I could try , and helped with other accommodations. Calvin thank you for your great service , and spectacular knowledge. KEEP HIM HERE !!!!"

"Hotel was amazing. Staff were great, tuck shop was well stocked and the rooms were very clean, large and modern. Parking was a breeze also. We didn’t use the facilities but they looked in great condition and well kept. Would stay here again.! Thank you for the birthday upgrade too."

"Hilton Garden Inn is more like a full scale Hotel. The service/Reception desk associates were exceptional! Carlos and Isaiah are gems!!! Very helpful!!! Thenrooms were very clean bathrooms are spacious and CLEAN towels.... even a toothbrush!!! TOP OF MY LIST SO FAR!!! WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT THE HILTON AGAIN!!! THANK YOU!! OH .. the breakfast was billed to your room charges.... so it was not technically free....."
