"Beautiful hotel but more importantly, the service was unbelievable. I have a new iPhone my phone went dead, and the front desk person, Wiat, Let me use his personal phone charger for two days while staying at the hotel. I can’t say enough about this type of service and I was so thankful that he was so kind. Five. Stars for the hotel and 10 stars for this individual, Wiat, These days you don’t see service like this. Thank you for a wonderful stay and impeccable service!"
"Upon pulling up to the hotel I was greeted and immediately asked if I needed help with my bags. Once I walked in I was greeted by Heidi and Victoria with smiles. I was also allowed to check in a little earlier which was a major help seeing as I’d been traveling since 4am. There was a young lady in the restaurant with locs who was very personable and accommodating. I ate alone, but it didn’t feel that way as she checked on me often and gave a variety of recommendations. She also filled me in about the rodeo while I’m visiting. On my last night I ordered to go from the bar and my drinks were amazing. Food was top tier with very nice portions! The salmon dish was my favorite. Again, every staff member greeted me within the bar even if they weren’t serving me. To find staff so amazing today is rare. The Laura Hotel staff truly made this business trip a breeze. I will definitely stay again in the future. Thanks again, you guys have truly set a standard!"

"Beautiful hotel, convenient but not in the busiest part of downtown, quiet and romantic weekend all around. Valet was PHENOMENAL! 100% worth the $54 per day. Nadir (I think that’s what he wrote) took great care of us and never took too long getting our car."
"The hotel was beautiful! Rooms were nice and clean. The most exceptional part was the service I received! Leslie at the front desk was Amazing! Actually, everyone Working there was exceptional! Even the valet guys went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back!"
