"STAFF ARE DISGUSTING. I was here earlier and left my comb so i decided to go back. When i went back there to retrieve my belongs and head back out because i was literally in the process of moving. This Mexican swine had the nerve to stop me and ask “where u going?”. I completely understand it’s a private property, but as an employee you can’t say “excuse me” , “ma’am”, “hello”, or something? Must’ve been because I was black so she came at with aggression from the jump. So after ignoring her because i wasn’t sure if she was a worker or a resident due to how she stated her sentence, you know employees normally say “excuse me ma’am” , she kept harassing me about where i was going and threatened to call the police. I literally had no problem telling her what i was doing, but why are you coming at me with such aggression when ALL i did was walk past you? DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT lease here. I was only there for 20 days waiting on my actual apartment. And within those 20 days i would HEAVILY urge you not to book. Roach infested, toilet clogged, drug addicts and dealers everywhere, trashy, sofas outside, RUDE STAFF, just overall very unpleasant this is what you call “the ghetto” for real. I can put it on my life I was there only to grab my belongings. Not sure what her problem was life must already be hard for her. Anyway i ended up just ignoring her and going to get my stuff then simply exited the complex as a originally came to do."

"I've been living for 3 years. I was not sure to live on greens point, but living on this property make me feel safe. The staff are wonderful and very polite and always takes care of my maintenance issue."

"Worst apartments ever!! The management does not care about the residents but themselves. People break into cars but they would never do anything about it. Moreover, they don't fix whatever you need to be fixed but they will make sure they charge you for anything and everything so that they can take your money. I regret moving into that apartment."

"This Hispanic lady with the bad bleach job hair got an attitude and shouting match with me because my car was towed while l can there to work and provide patient care. The spot didn’t have a reserved sign or anything. These apartments are very run down and pool had green slime in it. I will be reporting"
