"Been living here going on about 3 years now with my family. First move in was a great experience, place was great and amazing place to live. Now with all these recent neighbors moving in allowing their kids to roam the halls to steal packages, destroy the halls with water bottles and random door knockings at night... this makes this place worst and nothing is being done about it. I don't know if I will want to renew again if I am paying a lot of money for unsecured living space."

"I moved in about a month ago. The apartments have some improvements they need to work on such as residents not cleaning up after their dogs, LITERALLY speeding in the parking garage, and dogs urinating in the elevators. Specifically to my move in, River was incredibly helpful with my move in, work orders and making sure my apartment was up to par for move in. His help was and still is greatly appreciated!"
