Hotel Indigo Spring – Woodlands Area, an IHG Hotel

"Nice hotel with comfortable rooms with the amenities, very nice service, great gym room. The hotel is nicely decorated. The staff is very kind and helpful, and we even received a welcome with a personal text after we checked in. Breakfast was good. The service was nice. The pool area and fire pit area are nice, too. The hotel area outside is well kept with ample parking. There are businesses being developed a short distance from the hotel, so the area appears to be new. There is easy access to the highway system, which is about a mile away."

"It was my first time booking here. I was very pleased with everything. Everything was very nice. Made me feel like this was my first time booking a hotel based on the atmosphere and the scenery. The pictures that are on line just don't do it any justice. You have to see it in person as I did when I checked it I was very pleased. The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. I loved the shower set up in the restroom as well as the good smelling soap. The view we had was of the parking lot, I wish I had the lake view but it was still nice. All in all I had a good stay. Just wished we didn't have to check out early, do my boyfriend parental duties. Will be going back!"

"Pleasant Stay at Hotel Indigo Spring with a Minor Check-In Hiccup My recent four-night stay at Hotel Indigo Spring was, on the whole, a positive experience. The cleanliness of the room and the daily turnover service, which respected my belongings, contributed to a comfortable stay. However, my only hiccup occurred during check-in. I called around 9:00 am on the day of my arrival, and the staff informed me that I could check into my room at 12:00 pm. Excited to settle in early, I returned to the hotel around 12:30 pm after having breakfast, only to find out that the room was not ready. Despite my willingness to wait, it wasn't until 3:30 pm, half an hour past the regular check-in time, that I was able to access my room. This delay was a bit inconvenient, and better communication about the room readiness would have been appreciated. On a brighter note, the hotel's Happy Hour was a delightful surprise. I had the pleasure of enjoying their espresso martini, which was excellent. The waiter on duty showcased professionalism and an impressive knowledge of drink-making, enhancing the overall experience. His commitment to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. While the check-in delay was a minor inconvenience, the rest of my stay at Hotel Indigo Spring was enjoyable. The positive aspects, including the well-maintained room and the delightful Happy Hour experience, make this hotel a solid choice for future visits. I would recommend it, with the hope that any check-in issues are addressed for a smoother guest experience."
