I just gotta say that the times I been over I’ve never seen a difficulty situation that isn’t fixed, And the office staff and maintenance?? They are really amazing and helpful. The properties there are really beautiful, the neighbors are super friendly. 10/10 planning on moving here soon!"

"Keep looking. Largest ongoing issue - if you plan on using your backyard or select this rental because of the fenced yard, unfortunately you will not be able to use. Moved in June, issues began in July. Property wide issue. Yard continues to flood, sink, and due to standing water has mold growing throughout. Ownership replaced sod twice after relentless follow up on my end, now refuses to address the issue any further. Property manager did have our landscaper confirm yard needs to be replaced again, also in ground sprinklers are causing flooding due to being buried. Property manager has since quit and it's been 1.5 months with no response or resolution, yet I have been required to pay 100% each month. Management and ownership will continue to push back that neither is responsible, yet both are the same company. Please walk the neighborhood when considering. This issue alone can be viewed in between homes and through fencing into backyards. Lack of communication and attention to ongoing issues. I selected this community because it boasts "dog friendly". No pet areas, pet stations, concrete throughout which can be harsh during warm temps, and backyard unusable for dogs. Also, a select few neighbors do not clean up after their pets. This remains throughout the common areas, no maintenance even thought association fees are paid. ***UPDATE*** One Month Later. Please Note, my review did have a response from "owner" that they care about providing a wonderful home for all our residents, pets included. And to reach out to the community manager Jake. Today a large flag has been placed directly behind my fence, please reference picture. Months ago a similar flag was placed causing my dogs to be in fear of going outside, barking non-stop. Flag also visible inside causing blinds to remain closed at all times to stop anxiety. I attempted for weeks to have our dogs adjust but this did not happen. Our previous manager was nice enough to move the flag placement. Today I contacted Jake providing the back story and also concerned the barking will bother neighbors. Jake advised the flags are placed for curb appeal and will be left as installed. NOW ISSUE 2 AFFECTING THE NON-USE OF THE BACK YARD."

"Wow !!! These rental homes are awesome. Having your own private backyard is awesome. There is a real feeling of home here. Love the pool and fitness center. By far, the nicest apartments in the area. Don't believe me, go look."
