"I lived here for almost three years and didn't have too much problem. I never bothered people so was never bothered by anyone too. Had issues with the roof which collapsed on me but I asked them to fix it very sternly and they finally did. Fast at maintenance compared to this. Roach problems are usually personal issues. I always do my own pest controls its fine. Helpful - park cars in proper parking places, they are fast at towing cars and since area isn't too good avoid parking in lplaces where it comes in the way of parking because my car was hit and run by a drunk driver. You have to be very precise in your conversation with the leasing office. Never had any problem until they towed my car. I never received any notice about it and they towed it away. In confronting them they said they put a notice on my door but I never got one. This made me decide to move out of there because if I pay almost $300 for getting my car back I rather pay more and stay somewhere more convenient. Apart from that I never had any problem whatsoever."
