"Please consider this my 60 day notice. I’m only being offered 6 months free carport after spending thousands to save my dogs life due to poorly kept grounds, incomplete gym equipment causing me to need to get my own monthly gym membership, maintenance refusing to replace my stove top, refusing to replace my microwave, leaving hornets nests that house hundreds unattended, hallways not being cleaned even upon request, and COMPLETE neglect for customer service from management causing me to need to pay top dollar for rent as I couldn’t contact anyone to submit my 60 day notice on time; is honestly a slap in the face. If that’s the length at which the loyal tenants are cared for then I’m happy to leave and take my business elsewhere."
"Nice and quiet. It can be a little annoying when a bunch of "Karens" walk by when your fishing and they have something to say. Bring your fishing license and good bait. No boats allowed on the lake."
"Absolutely unbecoming management. The services and amenities offered are not actually available.Gym equipment does not have all parts so expect to pay for a membership at a local gym. Gates are broken and don’t open. Spiders, dirt daubers, wasps, and ants run rampant in the hallways and all around the buildings. Residents animal’s feces are left unaddressed and ignored to decay and pass bacteria to the next animal. (Spent $2,000 saving my dogs life because she got sick. She’s starting to get older so she doesn’t go anywhere, as to have contracted her sickness elsewhere). Beautiful interior of the apartments though!"
"Almost a year at the Cardiff and I absolutely love the apartment and staff is so friendly! They do holiday events for residents that are great to participate. A few cons would be parking, very limited visitors parking and towing is enforced. I've had two bad experiences with towing with no help from leasing office. Pool will be nice to swim if it were open but they closed it down on June 10th and re-opened for one short day on June 15th only and has been closed for a total of six weeks as of today July 19th. They have limited 2 guest at pool per resident. They're very fast when it comes to maintenance issues but its been over a month since I've made an order for my sink disposal and still waiting for an electrician. I will love to renew another year and do Air B&B but unfortunately they're only allowing one person to Air B&B a few units. There is also a security issue. There is none. Very easy access for anyone to come in and break into resident cars. I reside in the east side of the apartment complex and there is no security or cameras for parking lot safety. My neighbor had her tires, wheels, rims stolen and when I brought up the safety concern I was dismissed and told it was handled but I requested if cameras can be installed and they said to send an email. I will update once more when I move out on September 1st to share move out experience."
"Literally the worse apartments ever. They don't care about the resident keeping the property clean. They have velvet trash who don't pick up on Friday and Saturday and resident will let stinky trash sit outside their apartment all weekend instead of taking it to the dumpster. Don't bother telling management because nothing will change. They are cheap but you get what you pay for. My kitchen sink kept falling in. Doesn't matter if you give them a forwarding address when you move they wont send you a final statement instead they will put it on your credit. You'll be paying extra deposits anytime you try to move."
