"Lived at the Preston for two yrs and did enjoy my renovated apartment with the exception of issues ALL last summer with my a/c. The original front office employees Kathleen and Justin were extremely understandable, helpful and personable. Once they parted ways with the company things began to go down hill. Maggie is great, very sweet and good at her job. Beware of Roxanne who is rude, condescending and not personable at all. A lot of ppl have began moving from the residency which sucks because the apt is in a great location, size is great for the price and neighborhood isn’t bad either. Definitely need to work on being more personable and accommodating to residents, and addressing interior issues with more urgency."

"I had the pleasure of speaking with a nice young lady named Maggie. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful during the tour. The apartments were recently updated nicely and the grounds were clean and kept up."

"I have been at The Preston for about 8 months now and have had nothing but amazing experiences. Justin and Kathleen are top-tier when it comes to making sure they’re residents are taking cared of. Justin is highly understanding and will do what he can to help if necessary. Big shout out to John the maintenance man, he will stop what he’s doing to make sure your need is met right in the moment. Overall 10/10! Genuinely love my community including the neighbors. UPDATE: The amazing people I spoke about above have parted ways with the community. BE AWARE of Roxanne, horribly rude!"

"The front office was rude extremely rude, repeatedly cutting me off and laughing as I was speaking. Completely and totally unprofessional. The maintenance worker was fantastic! Fast and efficient. Very personable."

"If I could give this place zero starts I would ! Moved out because the rent says it’s one price moved in had been paying $1300 + monthly no amenities no anything pool always a mess or closed playground set falling apart this place is dog poop fested , roach fested , ant fested my unit when out they temporarily fixed it but what came with the temporary fix was water leakage they supposedly fixed even cut a huge hole in my wall let it for 3 months straight fast forward car WINDOW WAS BUSTED ALSO ONE NIGHT , CAR WAS TOWED A TOTAL OF 3 times while staying here $300 every time to get it back OLD STAFF LEFT NEW STAFF ARRIVED THEY IS THE WORST group to come the leasing manger is never there MEGAN IS ALWAYS OUT THE OFFICE 24/7 never doing work . Fast forward kitchen pipes bust came did a temporary fix still leaking dishwasher ruptured water will not drain just stuck in there . that was it for me I wanted to move PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY IM GLAD I MOVED OUT AND DID NOT SIGN A LEASE AGAIN ! This place will have u in a dark space don’t be fooled by the prices u see those r not the prices . I ALSO STAYED SICK WHILE I LIVED HERE THERE HAD TO BE A UNDERLYING ISSUE IN THE WALLS OR SOMETHING SOMEWHERE !"
