"Currently residing at The Grayson for the past 2 years, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front office staff. Ashley, Jasmine, Jennifer and Victoria, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in process and were always available to assist with any inquiries or concerns I had throughout my stay. Moreover, the maintenance team, led by Rob, deserves special recognition for their promptness and efficiency in addressing any maintenance issues. Whether it was a leaky faucet or a malfunctioning appliance, Rob and his team were always quick to respond and resolve the problem with utmost care and proficiency. Their dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of residents truly sets them apart. Great spot to live"

"The new property manager is very rude. I been living here for 2 years and i still have certain things not fixed that i been complaining about since i got here! Also Recently I came to the newly promoted property manager Ashley asking for information regarding my lease and she was very condescending, rude and passive aggressive with the way she delt with me and my issue. Definitely not how a property manager should be handling her tenants. I felt very disrespected after our conversation and it felt like she didn’t really care at all about anything i was saying. I would not recommend this apartment complex"

Love the management team, especially Ms. Ashley. Only missing a star from how I received the apartment and the mandatory trash valet that I don’t use. Besides those two things, this is a great apartment complex!"
