"Looks like a quiet place but then we had a néw neighbor. Lived there for maybe two day then had a shoot out in our building leaving bullet holes in our building to include through the wall of one kids room and the window of two other kids. The apartment management never check on their residence to see if they were okay. We heard gun shots all the time I. The nearby area and there was a larger shooting a few years back in broad daylight. Rats everywhere, CONSTANTLY raising rent and adding fees, the pool is always dirty, the gym equipment is always broken. They spend more money on office parties then they do taking care of the necessities. Management is very rude and two faced."

"I loved everything about this property. I will recommend this property to anyone that's looking for a place to live. The staff was very respectful and helpful. She explained everything to me and helped out as much as possible."

"We moved into a 3 bedroom unit on the first floor December 16th at which time we noticed the appliances (pictured below) outside our door. Upon turning in our inventory list I expressed concern to the office staff about the hazard this presents as well as it just being an eye sore. We were told that the items would be picked up by a vendor several times. Every time we go in the office it’s “we’ll make a call or it should be picked up today or tomorrow”. As I write this review, the items are still sitting outside. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m very disappointed with how the property is handling this matter. Our safety is not of their concern."

"Let me shout out to the maintenance team because they are always prompt when issues arrive. Now the bad. I’ve been towed twice and broken into twice. Crime in this area is pretty bad and it comes in waves. When the crime picks up the complex does hire security for about 2 weeks. I only saw the security guards during the day and not at night. When I did see them they were always parked in a corner somewhere watching their phone. They only tow at night when your sleep. During the day cars are parked everywhere with no sticker. The gates are just for show. If you want to get in just wait, both gates will open regardless. Management definitely needs to get it together. I pay too much for rent over here for them to slack on management responsibilities. ex: there has been a Penske truck parked inside the complex taking up ample amount of parking going on 4 days now. Clearly an abandoned vehicle. Update: 4/11/23 Walked outside to my vehicle to find it broken into yet again. That’s 3 break ins. Update :4/19/23 They at it again. I was spared this time…but someone else was jacked bad. Walking outside to see your vehicle in cinder blocks must really hurt. Update: 10/14/23 Well we went about 5 months this time without break ins. They got both of my vehicles this time. What is the point of leasing here when there are so many break ins. I might as well pay more somewhere else that actually has security and that is more secure. Im at the point now that I cross my fingers when I leave my unit hoping I didn’t get broken into. Update: 12/20/23 Like clockwork every 2 months. Another person rims were stolen. All 4, Smh. It broke my heart to see this. I live here with my family and this happens way too often. Move here at your own risk. There is no security, complex gates are always broke in the open position."

"Really grateful I’ve moved out. Overpriced units. Lived here for over 3 years and during that time there were multiple shootings in the parking lot and more car break ins than I could count. I had my car towed once as a resident parked in a residential parking spot. I should have listened to all the reviews about how bad parking was before I moved in - yes it is as bad as what you are reading. The gates never work. Usually broken and stuck halfway. Neighbors were loud all the time and the entire building usually reeked of weed. I chose not to renew my lease due to the outrageous new rent amount they proposed. My unit is now listed for the same price yet renovated. Upon move out I was charged for nail holes and slab treatment because I had pets. Which I paid pet rent monthly and paid a pet fee but they still need additional funds. Yes, I made holes in the wall; who doesn’t. It just seems ridiculous to pay for in a unit that is being renovated. Not once have I ever been charged for nail holes leaving a unit. Not to mention I guarantee my unit was cleaner than when I moved in. My one star goes entirely to the maintenance team - at least they’re reliable. Relieved I’m gone. Stay away."
