"I’ll let you know that I definitely do not recommend moving here. If you care to hear about why please read on. Our bad experience started immediately on the first day of our lease. We got the keys around noon only to find that our apartment was still being prepped. The crew had only just begun painting the countertops and steaming the carpet. Our movers were about 30 minutes out and our apartment wasn’t move in ready. Fortunately, they were able to provide us with a couple blower fans to help dry out the carpet and paint. Despite that, we still had to move our furniture in over the wet carpet and were not able to start living there immediately. It’s very fortunate that we had family in town that we were able to stay with. Our second major problem with this complex is that it is majorly infested with roaches. On day one, it was clear there was a cockroach infestation. There were even dead roach bodies all around the crew that was cleaning. These things run rampant in our building. We used baits and had the exterminators out to spray for them multiple times and they keep coming back. They took over our coffee maker, the whole thing was infested, and we had to toss it. Third major problem the complex has is parking. Although they issue parking stickers its not enforced. Anyone can park anywhere, and occasionally do, even overnight. If you live in one of the back or side buildings you have to make sure you’re home in enough time so that you’re not forced to park on the other side of the complex or worse, outside the gate. Sadly, what used to be strongest at this complex is now one of its weakest features, the management. Previously, the team at the front office would respond to requests or issues rapidly and professionally. However, it seems like there has been a change in personnel. A major example, after being notified on the same day of a water leak, the water was shut down for the entire complex. By afternoon the water was still shut off and there were no updates from the front desk. The entire apartment complex spent the whole night without water and received no word from management until the following day when the city arrived to turn the water back on. I really do not recommend moving here, I could say that its cheap but really its just comparable to other places that will give you less hassle. If you need any more convincing, I've added some photos from our move in date."
"This place as bad bad management and the person that try’s to help you out for a lease doesn’t really help out. Always as an attitude . I had applied for a Medina attach garage was just waiting for the $150 deposit. Lady up front told me “ apply and we’ll move up the date time “ meaning the apartment was for me but they gave the apartment to someone else . I guess it’s good because of this type of customer service . I wouldn’t want to deal with this customer service with the 12m lease. Everything happens for a reason and I see why it’s rated a 3 star because of customer service. Apartments may look nice and everything but complex begins with customer service . I’ll set up a complaint with attorney about service this post is for other candidates that are considering moving in here . : it’s cheap but management is also cheap why rent an apartment if there’s not good customer service. Hopefully in 2 years from now there’s new people to help out with a lease . If you can’t do the job then find your type of job . Because clearly they are not good with customer Service. "Last night about 9 pm there was a shootout in the parking lot. My vehicles window was busted out by a stray bullet. Police responded but told me I needed to contact the front office. I called the front office to inform them of what happened and the Manager was very dismissive and rude and told me to call my insurance company. I complained about the gates being inoperable and cameras not functioning which gives us residence a false sense of security. My lease is up next month and I can't wait to MOVE!!!!"
"If I could I would give this place 0 stars i.Last night it was a shootout in the apartment complex around 11pm lastnight. U should not have to fear for your life and having to duck down in your apartment because gunshots are flying everywhere smh.Woke up this morning to a bullet hole in my truck,we’re if I was sitting in there I would not be living to tell this story and a shattered window. And of course they are not held responsible for the damages but I AM !!!! Please do not give these apartments any of your money it a dangerous place and I will be moving."
"I've been here for about 4 months now! The ladies in the front (Mrs. Hart, Kate, and Alisha) are awesome. I just recently had an issue and Kate got it solved IMMEDIATELY! I'M super grateful for that. Overall the apartments are nice but for what I'm paying for rent I feel like the unit can be upgraded. The washer and dryers are out of date and so is the kitchen/bathroom tile and cabinets. I have no issues with parking because I am renting a parking spot. Maintenance request take longer than what I am use to by hey."
