"Hotel neatness, service, food and everyting good when compared others. Pls keep it up. one thing may need to take back the free shuttle service around the hotel which is already there in before COVID. so that the customer will fullfill completely. "I have stayed here for years. I have booked 6-10 rooms every time and never had an issue. Well this last stay was an issue. We paid for our rooms in advance like we always do. I placed all the $50 holds for each room on my card. Well today after several calls to the hotel and my Credit Card company i finally got the money back...so i thought. I was $20.58 short per deposit. When i called the hotel i was told this was due to a tax increase and that is why. i was never told about this but instead they went ahead and charged this anyway. They had several chances to notify me of this charge and nobody ever did. I am highly disappointed and a bit perturbed and plan to take my business elsewhere when we make the trip down this year."
