"I’ve lived here for a while now and I honestly enjoy these apartments so much. It’s been almost two months since i resigned my lease with Sandra, and i have to say she is one of the nicest manager’s I’ve ever met. The management is doing a fantastic job!! They also make sure to follow up with you as well as get quick replies from the office and maintenance team. I am very looking forward to continuing my stay here. Love it!!!"

"1879 and RPM Living are the worst. My vehicle was vandalized overnight due to gates broken in constantly and management did nothing to help resolve my issue. For weeks my emails and calls to management, specifically to manager Angelina, went unanswered. My vehicle was also towed inside of the complex several times without reason as well. Upon my move-out, RPM Living charged me multiple unknown fees that could not be explained. 1879 was amazing before RPM Living took over. Please be aware of these type of issues before signing a lease there.There should be an option to give 0 stars."

"Pool was closed almost all summer. Trash is always overflowing. Gates are always broken. The gate by my unit has been out of service probably close to 6 months. Last strike, when we originally moved here due to them leasing out an apartment on the first floor we applied for they gave us a complimentary garage. Now after we signed a new lease they are charging us for the garage. Obviously if we would have known that prior to signing lease we probably would have not signed as we were already on edge about staying. Water bill this month was incorrect as it had double charges. Office told us we had to call the company to fix it. No one in the office takes accountability. I’ve emailed corporate months ago regarding multiple concerns with no response. Stay away and I can’t wait until next year be done with this horrible management!"
