"Major noise, unethical practices by the managers. Managers don’t abide by nothing in the lease. These are not luxury apartments. Trash is constantly in the hallways , and filled up to where it is piled on top of each other at the drop site. You will have roaches in your home because residence take trash down 2 to 3 bags at a time; ain’t enough pest control in the world to combat that nastiness . There is also rodent problems, constant loss of power, water always turning off with no notice. Elevators also constantly stay broke down. About 2 years ago, there was a maintenance man that always complained about how trifling the residents were, and next thing I know he had quit . Managers are a definition of wanting the title of a job, but not the responsibility. Managers will say anything just to pacify you, and never follow through on what they have said they will do."

"I have been living at miramonte since 2020 and I love it ! Any questions or concerns I may have, the office is always very helpful. The property manager Francis is awesome! She is always doing something for the residents. The assistant manager Latoya has been great as well ."

"To start off, this place is phenomenal. I haven't had any issues with the staff being rude whenever I reach out to them. Once you officially get in to live at Miramonte, you'll be extremely happy. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because my lease will be up in 2-3 months and what I wanted to/was told would happen didn't happen. I do everything in a timely manner, so of course I called up to 5 months in advance before my lease is up to let them know i wanted to move to the apartment side and not keep living in the townhome side (yes there's two sides of this complex) I've kept in contact with them about it every three weeks or so. I was constantly told that there was going to be availability since I was calling so far in advance. I called almost two months before my lease is up to let them know that I, once again, want to move to the apartments side. That's when i was told that I, as a current resident, have to pay $500 to get on a waitlist to move into the apartments. I was told not even two weeks prior to that that I wasn't going to have any issues moving to the apartments because as a resident I have top priority. Well, unfortunately, I will be moving out soon. Good luck to anyone trying to apply and congratulations to anyone who is moving in."

"Unprofessional would be an understatement!!! The office has been closed since I moved here. They never answer the phones, the mailbox is full. Since I have been here my neighbors have been extremely loud. I have contacted the office multiple times nothing has been resolved even called to speak with a manger for two weeks straight. Still haven’t received a call back. Speaking of noise disturbance an office worker told me all I can do from now on is call the police. Like what’s the point of the lease office ? At this point I only want to speak to the corporate office. I truly hate it here. I am uncomfortable in my own home. I go to sleep when my neighbors decide."
