"I am NOT not pleased. Me and my kids have been staying over here for going on maybe 2 years , throughout the 2 years maintenance has not been anywhere to be found when I’ve needed repairs in my home. Recently my daughters toilet was flooding water just coming out everywhere , I immediately got in the car and went to the front office nobody answered the door from me which was a MAJOR inconvenience . The rent is too much for the damages that has came about while I’ve lived here. I wouldn’t take my hard earned money and live over here"

"This place appeared to be nice at first. My daughter lives there. It's always a plumbing issue there! They never warn place to no one. Ever! water will be off ever! Now her toilet has overflowed and this has been since last Friday. The emergency number nor office haven't yet gotten back with her. It is very unsanitary to live like this and pay all the money on time. No I would never recommend this to no one. Sad they want the money on time. No common courtesy to even respond to service calls or nothing . Do not move here!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE! The apartments are awful, walls are thin, the flooring is uneven. There is always a problem in the apartment, something always breaks like the toilet, cooker, AC, light bulb, faucets, dryer. The rent is pretty high, you pay for valet trash and they don’t even come pick it up. You have to pay for an alarm system even if you don’t use it. The staff are rude, they just take your money that’s it. Would not recommend!"

"On God they must pay people for reviews!! This community is TRASH!! A Money hungry property!! Do not waste your time moving here!!! Rent will be more once you sign that lease. Office staff is rude!! They never answer your phone call. They don’t answer emails. Valet trash picks and choose what they want to pick up. If you empty your own trash you still get charged. You cant bring your own washer and dryer you have to use there’s and you get charged for renting appliances."
