"Everyone that works at this location is incredibly sweet and helpful. Dr Jardan and Mrs Lopez are the best and are so personable, nice and attentive. I always feel like they are listening to my concerns. Recently I had an issue with my daughters insurance and Adriana in the front did everything to get it straightened out without issue. Very appreciative to have this office and employees."

"I give 5+ Stars to only Dr Jordan Freeman and Dr Ms. Trevina, and as for the Front receptionist -0 Star, 1 Star for the rest of the receptionist. because when you call the office you better have 2 phones calling and you better have time to sit and wait for someone to pick up, and after being put on hold, expect to be hung up, and if you need something faxed over, or get an approval, etc. forget it. It takes one bad apple to ruin the rest, and now the whole office ladies are just not doing there jobs. Someone needs to clean house. But I love the Dr's there and that's the only reason why I stay and hope that someone will fix the Front office issue asap!"

"I love Dr Trevino!!!!! She is wonderful with my son. I'm a FTM and so far no complaints. The Schertz location is near me, so going to the apts are painless. I did notice some comments/review concerning the office not answering the phone, but I feel like if you have the direct line verses the call center line, it is much easier. My son is about to hit 18mo, we've made it this far!"

"My son has been going to Dr. Jordan Freeman since he was born. He is so sweet and loves kids. He was also me and my two brothers doctor growing up as well. The wait times use to be long but has gotten better"

"I don't really like writing bad review, but this place need new front desk associate that has people skill the front staff are very rude and lack of communication skills. I have gone to Dr Jardan before in his old location and stop going for the same reason. We thought that since he open a new practice here and it's closer to us it might be better. But we were wrong first of all we had an appointment and even came in early to fill out forms and still had to wait over an hour to be seen I understand that there are emergency and things happen but you shouldn't have to wait that long. After our appointment was over when we check-out I ask the girl upfront where would she send the prescription to she answered to your pharmacy which she never ask which one we would use. This experience that we had today determined the reason why we won't go back again, we really like the doctor but please invest on the staffs."
