"Do not move here!!! This place is horrific The place is very deceptive when you drive up and see the building. I moved in here in August of 2020 and it has been the worst experience ever. My neighbors are very rude and noisy, I cannot get my proper rest when I get home from work every day, I cannot sleep at night because of the loud disturbances coming from upstairs over me. I have called the police before and they lie to the police and say it is not them. I have complained to management in this building and they make excuses for the tenants upstairs and tell me that I have to record the noise or have some kind of proof. I have knocked on the door and complained to the tenants; yet they continue to make this loud thumping, dragging, dogs barking, and walking back and forth loudly across the floor most of the days, evenings and nights. I have written several letters to corporate manager at another site who also tell me this is not a problem. The building back stairwells are infested with bird feces and has never been cleaned, they only clean the elevators, never clean or sweep the hallways and to top it off, they have roaches."

"Mgr. Liza is great‼️ she was persistent in dealing with my bank getting the information she needed to get me approved. Carol is always very friendly both of them are very efficient. The day I was moving in the residents were very helpful also. I think I'm going to love living here."

"When I first moved in it was nice but then too many rotation of managers , matainece, , they don't leave notations of work orders when they do them letting u know they were there , they enter without your consent & don't leave notations , managers don't return calls when u leave messages , people have pets without deposits & they don't follow through , they don't walk property so u can get to see management around she never shows her persona so we never know who is manager , leasing manager, or assistant, maintenance Til we see them in office or at our door & they don't announce & Your scared to open door so there is a lot of violations that need to be addressed if you plan to live in complex . Make sure u get receipts for everything to cus they they say they gave u keys, card, or changed locks or did something charged certain price & then it was more than they were suppose to charge or they gave it to u when they didn't very tricky . But no one returns your call from main office either but apartments are very nice in excellent condition."
