"This place is disgusting me and my one year old daughter and her dad had to stay here because we are here in San Antonio for work I got booked in one room and that room had such a bad smell stains everywhere we requested a different room we thought the new room was better but we just found a used needle for drugs hidden behind the blow dryer I am so disappointed this hotel should be shut down!!! This is not a safe place for anyone will not be staying here again"

"This is most definitely a budget friendly hotel where you get what you pay for. I feel as if we were catfished. The pictures are from when the hotel was young and beautiful. What you get is a hotel that has not aged well and had a hard life. The cost was incredibly cheap. it's less than feeding a family of four at Dennys. Although not as clean. Each room seems to come with its own moldy aroma. The walls have free holes, paint chips, and years of preserved people grease. The bathroom comes with the original shower bath combo, like the rest of the room is holier than people at church and almost as dirty. The towels were stained funny colors and crustier than grandma's ancient hand towels in her guest bathroom. The bathtub and really freaking thing is beyond stained even Aaron Lewis won't sing about it. The carpets are so gross that even the roaches play the floor is Lava. The beds are dusty, dirty, and stained. Just like the nasty matresses used by service members in Iraq and Afghanistan for over 20 years, you dont want to know what it's experienced, but it is surprisingly comfy. The cabinets are more broken than my heart was when John Coffey died in the Green Mile, you know you cried... From what we found, the AC works great although they are ancient. The front room was freaking freazing, but due to the cheaply installed renovations the bedroom had no air, it was like a sweet box shared with countless other nasty people each leaving their own special people grease for others to enjoy. The hotel needs a lot more help than the cheap attempted renovations. Mold removal, new paint and cabinets, updated lights and electrical, new AC units, and lighted parking. The carpet needs gutted and replaced with something less absorbent. The staff that worked the front desk was awesome. He was friendly, patient, and funny. He is definitely the best part of the whole experience."

"This place sucks. DON'T STAY HERE. My son stayed there for a few days. He wanted to check out a couple of days early and they refused to refund his money. I called to check on the situation and they hung up on me. DON'T STAY HERE!!! 09-25-2023"

"I stay here one night and I booked for two nights. I will not be staying the second night. The AC does not work. The room's been hot all night long. There's mold in a restroom and a shower and in the toilet. And then this morning housekeepers they just try to open the door. I heard someone at the door and when I opened it that's when they said housekeeping and there was about four people. I do not recommend staying here."
