"Went to visit high school friends n meet some new ones. Price was right so we stayed here. Room was clean, breakfast was decent. The desk clerk signed us up for their rewards n we got $100 off our 3rd night. I was impressed. Location was given 3 stars cuz even tho it was convenient for our visit, this place was in the middle of nowhere."

"Stayed here for 7 nights while truck down. Shannon at night is amazing. Most staff was! Morning lady is grumpy. Noise level is of another kind. Road repair guys stay and they are quite noisy. They are always in the morning trashing and taking over breakfast. They were loud as well. But they give a lot of business so. I had a room with a jacuzzi tub. Most jets didn’t work. I did not complain. They don’t have mats in rooms for tubs. You must request at front desk. They had a party one night and the night lady called to make sure it didn’t bother me. It didn’t. I was glad she called to prepare me. If the road guys were a little quieter, cleaned up after themselves it would be great!"

"I was visiting SA on a road trip from Minnesota and ended up unexpectedly needing lodging. I scoured reviews and everything in the city in my price range had a prevalence of vehicles being broken into or bed bugs or problems with staff. My vehicle was my lifeline in this situation and I'm OCD af about germ and bugs I could potentially take home with me so some things I just couldn't handle. Then I came across this place! From reviews the only things ppl had problems with were personal preference type deals, and I'm aware the world doesn't revolve around me, so this place was an easy choice. I'd much rather drive 10 minutes down the highway than have a theft ring bust my car windows. The staff was all amazing and super helpful but Megan who checked me in was top notch! She didn't even bat an eye at my quirky personality and special needs and seemed to genuinely care about my well being. She was friendly yet professional and checked in with me every day to make sure I was ok. She was a real angel when I needed one and I will not be forgetting that. The hotel is nice! Obviously it's not the Ritz but the room was clean, comfortable, and secure. The thermostat worked seamlessly. No weird smells. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Towels were clean and replaced as soon as I asked. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Clean fridge and microwave. Plenty of power outlets and lighting options. Nice TV. Ice machine filled my cooler. Did multiple loads of laundry, hot and fast dryer! You can expect to hear your wall neighbors a bit but no biggie. I have food allergies so hot breakfast isn't an option for me but man the hash browns and sausages sure smelled good! Looked like they had scrambled eggs and a waffle maker too. Cereal bar. Juice bar. And the part I was able to partake in, fresh fruit. There was also a food truck in the parking lot most evenings! No one messed with my car or any vehicles around. Everything felt very safe. Lot of truck traffic and ppl traveling on business. Friendly smiles but getting on with their days. The only thing I was lacking was a close gas station. If there is one I missed it. I'm so happy I found this place and got to have a clean friendly safe place to regroup and prepare to drive 1300 miles back home. I genuinely thank the staff for their services when I desperately needed them. I'm home safe!"

"My husband and I had a flood and had to vacate our house super last minute with our two kids and two dogs. This hotel while it might not be the most centrally located one around SA was perfect. The staff was super kind, the rate was very fair and they were able to book us short notice without a headache. We really appreciate being able to bring our dogs as well. Our room was spotless and had zero weird odors that you can sometimes get at pet friendly hotels. I really recommend."
