"DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could give this place negative stars if I could. From the day we moved in we had breaker problems that they would “fix” only to be broken a week later. Roaches were there from the beginning and never really left. What is the point in paying for “pest control” when they don’t do anything about it. The shower water interfered with electrical so in my unit, you could get shocked when you were showering. The AC leaked for weeks and they refused to come out and look at it. And by leak I mean lake in my hallway. They blamed a non functioning portable ac unit in my closet as the “source” of the leak. They only came and fixed it after I threatened legal action. I have more maintenance nightmares from the year I lived there. Oh yeah and that one time the SWAT team was there standing down a criminal in a vacant apartment. Do not under any circumstances live here."

"My friend recently moved into these apartments within the first 2 weeks she said everything started coming apart. Light fixtures hanging from wires, molded dishwasher, and when she report the problem or put work notice they been in progress for 3 months now. Her water was off almost all of Nov she had to stay at my house. I felt mad for her. They are very shady at this property. Make list and keep dates for everything and everytime you requested help."

"If I had a dog I wouldn’t even more him here. This place is horrible I literally can’t wait until my lease ends. We was without water for 3 days going on 4 ..we have a major leak in the same spot damn near every other week .. right now today water is off because the leak they claimed they fix IS BACK LEAKING again office is closed i guess everybody took the day off all together maintenance and all .. I have taken pictures of everything because this doesn’t make any sense what’s so ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!"

"If I could give zero stars I would! Don’t even think about moving here! Management changes almost as much as you change your underwear! They make the rules as they go & only apply to certain people! Apartments aren’t even updated like they claim. They just repaint over everything & put bandaids on major issues & hope & pray after that! They never come check your apartment when you call in a problem until months later! They claimed a building was condemned because of a plumbing problem but yet people still live there. They lie to you until you had enough & just move out. Horrible place to live & I don’t recommend. Don’t believe the pics you see because that’s all AI pics inserted to look nice."
