"Do not live here. The neighbors are violent, its infested with roaches that are impossible to get rid of. At least once a month a fight would break our among the neighbors. Generally not a safe of healthy place to live. Constant issues with flooding and bursting pipes and management is impossible to get a hold of when they're not bullying you with constant notices for noise. Neighbor when forst moving in next door found needles all over her apartment scattered in the closets. If you wanted to live in a trap house this complex is as close to that as you can get. The place is constantly swarming with cops breaking up fights. Mold in the showers. I got sick every 2 weeks living here and I couldn't understand why, it was the amount of mold in the apartment along with what was probably a reaction from all the roach poop on every surface. No matter how much you clean it will never be clean."

"The lady I took a Tour with was more than helpful and answered all my questions . The apt itself was HUGEEE you would have never known from the outside ! It really is a hidden GEM ! The pools are crystal clear blue . Has a park for the kiddos and they are expanding it !! So much potential I can’t wait to see the end result ! Really excited to be moving in !!!"

When I was shown the unit it was beautiful, the floors are real tile and I'm looking forward to the kitchen. I've never had access to that much counter space. Looking forward to moving in."
