"If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is an awful apartment complex. Your cars WILL be stolen like mine was THIS morning! Do not move here!! We got roaches, low water pressure, mold and the "cameras" in this complex don't work, so you're not even fully protected if something goes wrong. Save your money, save your sanity, and find another place. We're moving next week and so should everyone else."

"These apartments are homey and comfortable, spacious rooms, nice wood flooors,a weight room for those muscle heads,great equipment for the wifey.price is a steal.parking is never a hassle.parking for handy cap ,no problem. Plenty."

"NEVER LIVE HERE!!! a air vent upstairs exploded and leaked water everywhere and all they did is drain the water from the carpet but my daughters rooms sealing is moldy and discolored and all they wanted to do is put some spray that did nothing and they want to just paint over the sealing. Her closet is moldy and gross. And all the mold is giving my dog a allergic reaction and made him sick so I took him to the vet and they charged me 500 dollars!and they still do nothing about the mold. And there are murders and kidnappings, also my car got stolen because they didn't close the gate! And they didn't even repay me!! This is such a bad place for my two kids and my dog, now I don't want to let my kid play outside Because of all the murders,kidnapping, and there are gunshots here! DON'T LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE EVERYTHING!!!!"

"I just called and inquired about a 1 bedroom handicapped accessible apartment. I was told that they don't have any 1 bedroom apartments available, except on the 3rd floor. The woman who answered my call was very short . I had a few more questions to ask. However, before I could ask them. She hung on up me very quickly.l called right back only to get nobody to answer my second call."

"DO NOT RENT HERE. Worst possible experience, roaches, ants, guns going off all the time. Cars getting broken into. Gates never work. There’s trash everywhere, they left a dirty moldy mattress just sitting in the middle of the complex for over a month. Management is lazy, they never answer phones, you have to make an appointment just to talk to them but how can you if no one answers??? When you can talk to them about a problem they look at you like a deer looks into headlights. The pool is always dirty, closed, or “not working”. Basically all of the amenities they have don’t work. Maintenance is lazy, my oven didn’t get fixed for 2 months, my dish washer never worked and we lived here 3 years.. our bathroom flooded due to them never fixing the upstairs bath tub which had cracks in it. Had holes in our walls and torn up carpet for over a month, nails sticking out of the closet floor( I have kids) so it’s not safe. Mold In the vents even though they swear there’s no mold. Save your time and go somewhere else. You’ll regret it if you rent here."
