"Plenty of apartments with damage, looked like attempted breaking in and very cell block evoking. I can only assume that it is not worth the rent they are charging unless they are starting at $600 minimum. They do not feel as if they are worth that at first glance."

"I keep calling about 3 times everyday trying to see about getting a place with them. I have not received a call back “during regular business hours” in which are the hours I place my call. I’ve called about 3-4 different numbers that is provided by them and no answers or call backs. Have a friend that lives here so I’ve seen the place which is why I was interested but it seems as if they don’t want to rent to people? Or have any sort of actual leasing agents."

"Been to the office four times in 3 days and each time no one was there. once at 8:30, once at 4:00 and again at 5:00 and nobody was there. I've called about six times, nobody answered or return my calls and I just found out they fired their maintenance guy so they have a lot of sub units open but I doubt they're going to have him available anytime soon cuz I looked in the windows and they look pretty janky."

"This place is terrible. You can't get maintenance when you need it. At minimum you will wait 6 months to a yr and a lot of emails to get anything fixed. This place is so bad I am looking into calling KSat to see if some negative press about the overall living conditions will help improve. I wish I could afford move but I am stuck here for now. Manager and owners could care less abt it's tenants. Trust it is cheap but there is a reason for it. Keep looking!!! I wasn't warned about how bad it really is so consider yourself warned. Do your research before moving into here. Based on this experience I would say stay away from all Lynd Managed properties. They spend more on their website to advertise than they actually do to take care of the people that live here. Oh and the good reviews are paid for by management when the rating goes to low. They give you a kick back on your rent if you leave a good one. Otherwise I doubt they would have 1 star overall."

"Been here 5+ years, in the 1bdrm and 2bdrms. Affordable apartments, older style, but actually pretty cool, like a bunch of mini houses. Property manager is dope, professional and attentive. Maintenance is speedy the few times I’ve needed anything. They are also continuously improving on looks, appliances etc. It’s a chill spot and I like it."
