"I was a tenant at Belknap Arms for 5 years, when I moved in it was under manager Gayle snd then Aspire Asset Management and i must say, Debra Major and staff at Aspire Asset Management Group hands down are the best! Snd as far as Belknap Arms goes very nice apareñtmemts i have lived in 2 different units I lived in a large 2 bd 2 bath beautiful floors snd built in book shelves with storage and storage under stairs then I moved into a smaller unit 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with a cute little terrace facing Belknap street with French doors. Both beautiful apartments. Also the neighbors are great we all would hang out outside Friday’s after work for a little while then in our apartments or off to wherever early. everyone looks out for each other. If I ever go back to apartment living Belknap Arms is where i will go."

"Gayle has always been good to me. Shes been very helpful and understanding whenever i had an issue. Anytime repairs are needed in the apartment she always contacts me quickly and gets someone to fix it as soon as possible. Quiet and peaceful apartment complex to live in."

"I lived at the Belknap apartments for 20 years. Since Gayle took over management. She was very helpful and efficient to my needs. I feel she is one of the best managers there. She cares about residents and has always had a positive attitude. My mother got cancer and I was in a 1 bedroom. I asked for help getting into a 2 bedroom as quickly as possible and she made that possible and it was great since I was my mothers provider. Mr.Escobedo"

"The property manager is dishonest. Don't rent here. She sent a bill of $6500 to collections, indicating that no one had rented out my apartment during the remaining term of my lease (I had 6 months left and left due to my father passing away) when in fact someone had moved in a month later. After disputing the issue they brought the bill down to $1990.00. If you live here make sure to do a walkthrough with the manager, otherwise she will charge you $250 for housekeeping, $250 for carpet cleaning, and $450 for paint touch ups. My place was clean when I left and didn't need housekeeping at all. The manager will not return calls, you have to go to the office to get any help."
