"I know multiple renters that had no hot water for months or no AC in the heat of the summer for weeks. Usually they don't have a maintenance man, and when they have hired them they work at multiple properties and the owner refuses to invest any money to fix any problem correctly or in a timely manner so sometimes their hands are tied when it involves water heaters and ac units. They go through a lot of property managers as well so you sometimes have no one to contact. Do not rent here."

"So far it's get a 1 out of 5. I have several issues with my townhome and mgmt.These people seem to be rent collectors , horrible but pay that rent. My rent is $1515 per month. This is not right. ,"

"If I could give this place 0 starts I would. There is no professional management or maintenance over this complex. And if there is, they are avoiding us at all costs. I have tried several calls and emails that have led to no replies still. Property is full of trash, pool is unusable, police notices left on leasing office for weeks due to inadequate living situations, cops in the parking lot everyday. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!"

"Have lived here since Aug 25 2021, a/c has not worked properly since we move in. It currently is 85 deg in my apartment at 9:30 pm. Pool has never been open or even clean since we moved in. Management and maintenance are non existent. One tenant moved after having no hot water for 3 months. This place is a craphole. They have over 20 open citations open with the city and human services and the number is going to keep going up."
