"Lived there for 4 years at first it was good. Then we switched apartments and that's when it got bad! Crackheads in the complex, cars were bein broken into, Drive bys were starting to happen and lots of accidents infront on the corner of leonheart and encanta."

"Yes they are doing renovation and changing all the appliances but the most of the residence are shady. Packages have been stolen from the seniors who reside there. I hope they enjoy the BOOK and SWEATER!!!"

"These apartments are garbage everything in this place is tragedy and old. We have to spray the whole apartment it is infested with all kinds of insects. They Don' evenchange your air vents, you have to go tell them not only that change it yourself. They are worried about the exterior of the apartments but should be fixing the inside of these hell hole apartments. The toilets overflow, the light fixtures don't work. The air condition does not work throughout the bedrooms. I would never recommend anyone to live here."
