"The first year I lived at these apartments, things were fine. Upon renewing my lease in April, somehow everything has started to fall apart. My AC hasn’t worked since the beginning of June and I was dealing with excessive leaking and dripping for weeks, even with the AC off the entire time. I had to poke a hole in my ceiling so it wouldn’t crumble everywhere due to the weight of the water. The first time maintenance came, they tried to suck the water out of the drip tray and sealed it with tape. After asking if they’d turned the AC on and watched for leaking, they started to cut away and found leaking. They didn’t do much to salvage that and the leaking got worse to where I’d have to empty a cooler and bucket every other day. The apartment complex has neither offered me a window unit nor have they reimbursed me for the unit I had to buy. Maintenance came by after weeks of nothing having been done since the previous repair. They once again took a look at the drip tray, found the leak, turned off the pipe that led to the dripping, and taped the ceiling up again. 2 hours later my power goes out and I was asked to wait in my powerless apartment until maintenance finishes their current job and could come over. Thankfully the neighbors here are incredible and my neighbor let me and my dog stay with her until maintenance could get my power back on. I told them I’d be out of town for almost 2 weeks so they could do necessary repairs. I get back and my fridge isn’t working and my AC is doing next to nothing because my ceiling still hasn’t been sealed. Renovations on apartments are still being done 4 doors down from my apartment, however, mine is falling apart and I’ve lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. Please, do better and hire more repair people. The staff continues to acknowledge my window unit Edit: it’s been 7 months since I made my first work order regarding my AC not working and I have been living with a hole in my ceiling this entire time. I have not had heat nor cool air and the complex decided to close out old work orders. I’ve called code enforcement again and that seems to be the only way anything gets done around here. The staff has been the most unhelpful group I have ever had the misfortune to experience."

"Moved in late July to no A/C, broken washer/dryer, broken outlets, broken bedroom light and fan, and smell of weed. Had no A/C for about 1 month, including all the other issues as well. Was not compensated for the trouble, wasnt given any apologies, and never got any work orders completed. Finally, they decided to move me into another unit. However, in waiting for a new unit, the other issues were still NEVER fixed. After being told apartment unit would be ready in 1 week, turned into 3 more weeks. After that, was charged TWO months rent on my second month bill. After asking about it they said it was accurate. Then after being told it was being looked into, never got a call back for an update. Wasnt until they said there was no issues to then me logging in and seeing it was fixed. (They said it was never wrong). When I have photo evidence. To now November. My water being off. I called the emergency maintenance number asking if they could send someone to fix it, they hung up on me 3 times. But same thing to happen an hour later my water being magically turned back on. The amount is disrespect. I have never experience such horrible management and professionalism. My time here, the amount of emotional and physical stress is effecting my mental health."

"The slums is better than this place. Ever since new management took over this place just became worse. 1. They control the heat and AC. 2.Water always being shut off for repairs. 3.they take their time repairing things or never. 4. The staff can park in your reserved parking 5.Staff are bullies 6.Roaches everywhere. 7.Pictures on website is nothing what it actually is 8. No security. 9.Club down the street uses the parking lot and they just hang out on the property 10.No amenities 11.The laundry room is runner down 12.You can't trust getting mail/packages at the office. 13. People break in all the time. A friend lives here and she's scared when she complains they just act like she doesn't exist. She's moving out in a couple of days. For what they are asking.. You can get into better places than this."

"If I could give 0 starts I would. But they deserve the 1 start for the location. Other than that absolutely everything is bad. AC out for weeks at a time during the summer. Water outage, if you have ANY maintenance issue brace yourself with patience because the only time they will actually answer your maintenance call it’s if it affects other apartments as well. Overall everything is bad. Save yourself the future headache. LATE ENTRY: I have had the same water leak in the shower and living room since august 2023 - I have called, emailed, begged for help but no one cares. But my review gets answered within 24 hrs ? Make that make sense! 10.11.23 Today the maintenance man came for the 3rd time to “LOOK” at the leak in the shower.. he said the Tara Managment doesn’t want to pay for a plumber … there is nothing he can do. In the meantime… I will treat this review like a Reddit post and keep you updated on how log it takes to get a leak repair …"
