"Good luck trying to get a room here. The entire team is unresponsive and although on google they say they are open, no one is ever in the leasing lobby. I made an appointment online and when I arrived the doors were locked! There were also zero parking spots and I had to park in the gas station next door. After standing outside in the Texas heat for a few minutes I called the apartments only to be told there wasn’t anything available. Maybe The Quarter should be more clear and proactive on their website about their availability as well as their responses because at the time I made an appointment, they had availability."
