"I moved in August I’m a single mom they have always been understanding with me and treated me with respect I have been at other apartments complex and hated management here at willow they are kind respectful and have always had work orders fulfilled decently. "Placed on 3rd floor like the rest of us seniors that should be on 1st floor. Promised a one bedroom on first floor was told it was gone that day so giving me a deal for two bdroom for price of one , Im keeping silent agree thinking about utility jump. Prior to moing in am told it was 3rd floor, i have a right ankle 5 plus break ontop of arthritis , A bad back a bad neck I’m small and weak. She told me she told this to me in the first place she did not my caseworker has been with me every time we looked into an apartment and it is very important being on the first floor if not that then there should be an elevator . I’m disappointed in this management they put me in a cold two bedroom I live in the front room I don’t have much of anything I sleep next to the window I’m freezing and it is so hard to just get my groceries upstairs or any kind of liquids. There’s an elder lady on the second floor she can’t even walk down the stairs luckily she has a granddaughter the woman across from me she’s got to be in her 80s I never see her leave everybody brings everything to her like meals on wheels and such I am 64 and it is a drooling deed just to go up and down the stairs. I have two dogs Support dogs and cannot even get them out to the restroom I can’t be climbing stairs like that it’s for actually flights to get up here to the third floor by the time I get up here I’m almost out of breath and I’m so weak when I have to carry things in. I am not getting a deal maybe SanAntonio is but I pay the same thing for a two bedroom as I do for a one bedroom . So my doctor is to write a note to get out of this contract to find me a place with senior citizens. And yes Bed bugs when I first moved in, problem. Black mold in bathtub. How can one trust a liar? Front room where I sleep, large hole that drips bigtime every rain. That is a roofing job that most likely will never happen. Break ins and stealing taking advantage of senior woman alone"

"Only thing I can say about this location at this location it is kind of rough I mean the rents decent very decent but if you're willing to deal with a lot of riff-raff a lot of drama headaches and problems then be my guest I would just recommend you kind of stay to yourself"

"This review is because I am very angry because back in 2018-2019 when I moved in #836 there was a musty like odor in one of the rooms. Everything was fine except for that and the building was a little dirty and loud. The carpet in the living room got like that because I have a daughter that has special needs. So the management is charging me for replacing the carpet and flooring all because of that. And was sent to a collection agency that is messing me up in moving into a better place. I am NOT a very dirty person . I DO like things to be neat and clean. This is all because of something that is beyond my control that my daughter did and doesn't understand. The collection agency doesn't really care either and don't care to understand the situation that I'm going through with her. I can't even afford that kind of money with a limited income right now. There's other things that people do that. are even WORSE so why make my credit worse or try to put me to blame for it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
