"Love this complex. The community is amazing and very helpful. When we moved in nearly everybody who saw us moving stuff wanted to help us out. The maintenance is super quick and responsive. The building is always clean as well as the stairwells and I love that the buildings have motion censored lights and that security is constantly driving around the parking lot."

"Love love love living here! Every time I have guests they compliment my apartment. The design is versatile enough to decorate however you like, and for someone like me that styles rooms differently, I have had so much fun decorating. Lets not forget the events! From New Years parties, pool parties, wine down Wednesdays, Bingo Night, all the food trucks, and so much more, I have been given the opportunity to make friend's and feel the sense of community. It's hard to make an apartment feel like a home, but thankfully I have found a community that I look forward to living at for years to come!"

"The complex is nice looking, don’t get me wrong but the rules are becoming quite ridiculous. I’m posting this review after having my vehicle towed from my PAID spot overnight, paying $250 to get it out 2 hours later, and the reason cited “no tag displayed”. I searched through my lease to find where this is stated and it’s nowhere to be found. I also provided my vehicle information to the complex on move-in for what purposes? No clue. It’s clear that if you opt to pay for a spot, you’re at higher risk because nothing else seems to be towed from the complex if you’re in an uncovered spot. This complex is also now charging for replacement of all lightbulbs, smoke detector alarm batteries, and even the water filter for the refrigerators that they provide which is also ridiculous due to the cost of the rent we pay. My garage has been tampered with on multiple occasions. The complex also appears to be poorly built just due to the fact that walking or even doing the most basic of tasks results in it sounding like a circus to your downstairs/side neighbors. Once again, aesthetics of the apartment is on point but it’s getting to the point that they are just nickel and diming the residents. I can say with absolute certainty that I won’t be renewing."

"I've loved it here the moment I moved in. Everyone is friendly. Tony's the best and Johnathan is a great maintenance employee. They are both reliable, friendly and professional. I recommend this community to anyone who wants quality living at a realistic price. You get what you pay for, and the "at home" feeling you get from this community is unmatched."
