"After reading the reviews it seems like I'm not the only person who's had this issue, the apartment staff communicates well but other than that , infested with roaches ( no matter how many times pest control or how clean you keep it) , expect your car to be broken into regularly in this area , overpriced compared to other places in san antonio , if you are considering moving into the first floor I'd be careful my neighbor's apartment was broken into her belongings and dog were stolen :("
"I’m coming in from out of town, I called and got information and spoke to Tatianna Leonard who was the most pleasant person that i had spoken to so far in San Antonio. She answered all my questions and I hung up that call knowing all I needed to know. I will definitely be coming to tour and sign a lease at The Lookout at Comanche"
"This is a nice quiet place to live. (Other than traffic noise). I have not had any big issues while living here. Elizabeth and Vanessa in the office are both very friendly, pleasant and professional. They take the time to listen to your concerns or questions. If and when I have put in a maintenance request, Juan and Yuri (Uri) are very prompt at responding. Both are very friendly and courteous as well. My only minor downside would be living near Nacogdoches (street noise from cars).I understand that is just part of living near a busy road. As for the actual apartment complex or staff, no complaints. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. Excellent gym and pool is very nice. Plus the office does treat the residents to community events that include food and prizes. Would highly recommend if you are looking into living here."
"I really like the area and I never heard of this property when driving it caught my mothers eye it looked nice compared to the surrounding ones, nice curb appeal and we are Iooking for something gated. The two ladies in the office greeted me when we walked in. I was impressed with their customer service. I loved the model that they showed me and I just wanted to say thank you ladies. There aren’t too many people with great people skills and customer service as you given my mother and I today. I wish you had a 1 bedroom in the time frame I’m looking for."
"At a first glance this apartment complex seems very nice…affordable, somewhat updated inside, but dealing with occasional roaches that still popped up no matter what I did was not worth it. It got to the point where I was scared to open cabinets bc one always felt the need to pop out and say “Hi!” Talked with another neighbor who was moving at the same time I was and they also had the same roach issue. The individuals in the leasing office are very friendly and communicate well so 5 stars for that. But when I first moved in I found evidence of the apartment being infested. The fridge had dead roaches caked in to the liner. When I talked to the office about it they told me they weren’t aware of an infestation it’s just standard practice to bomb just in case…I don’t know about that. In addition, my unit happened to be facing the road which I thought would be nice but it often felt like the motor cycles and suped up cars were in the living room with me. Other than that no complaints, but make sure you really take time to see the unit you will be in before signing a lease. That was my mistake. Updating this review to say on top of the $175 non-refundable deposit I was still charged $30 for hole patches (minimum holes) and waste removal when there was nothing left in the apartment."
