"You will be waiting for months for a maintenance request to be resolved. I guess if they don’t like you then you will be waiting until you move out. Annoying"
"Zero stars!!! PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER PLACE! I’m so very disappointed in this apartment complex management. I’ve reached out to the VP of Franklin Apt Mgmt. to discuss the matter, but would really like to warn anyone who may be in true need of a place to live. My dreadful journey with Artisan at Judson Park began in September. I put myself on the waitlist for a 3 bedroom for myself and 3 children. In October, Julio, the office manager, gave me hope saying he had a few units available. We went in, submitted all applications, all documents requested (a couple of times) to which Julio swore the compliance officer (Ruby Sanchez) was behind and not doing her job. The kiddos and I prayed night after night to hear back from Julio, but we heard nothing. I drove up to the apartment office on 4 different occasions to do what was asked of me with no response or outcome. I was told we would be in an apartment by 11/15/2023, but once that date passed, I knew something was not right. I called often and each time, Julio acted as though I was bothering him. He even spoke to me at times as if I continued to bother him, he would not help me get into the apartment. Because I would no longer have a place to live as of 12/01/23, I remained patient in hopes I would be approved and moved in. Finally, the week before Thanksgiving, I called Julio and he promised me my children and I would be in our new apartment by 12/01/23. We were so excited! I did not hear from him again. As of yesterday, 11/27/23, I finally found another apartment who approved us in less than 4 hours. We will be moved in by 12/01/23! Praise God! When I called Julio today to first ask for an update, he said he still had not heard from Ruby Sanchez, his compliance officer to which I stopped him and asked that he pull our application and shred it. I shared how we moved forward somewhere else, but I asked him to promise never to do this to anyone else in life. ***PLEASE BEWARE if you are considering this place as a home or are in need of a new place asap! This was the most hurtful and stressful situation I’ve experienced! I was truly let down and my heart was crushed! God is still good though, and we’ve been blessed with something better. Please consider better options of a home if you’re needing one. This whole process was 2 months of waiting, false hopes, AND let downs. Oh, and I’m out $50 I paid by money order to apply."
"First of all want to thank the friendly ladies at the front office. They are very professional! Very helpful. Been there a couple of weeks and I had a maintenance request. A couple of days later the maintenance man showed up and fixed everything that same day. Friendly guy. Parking lot has security patrol at nights. Plenty of parking at 8 pm visitors move out to the parking in the front office. Every apartment complex I have lived, at nights there was never any parkings. Pay your rent on time and maintain your apartment and there are no problems. Thank you Roxanne! I'm bad with names but the other lady is also great!! Good place to live!"
"Their office staff are the worst. Ryan, the regional manager is very unprofessional, and the other director there, Roxanne thinks she's better than the people applying there. She has the ugliest attitude. These people never follow the rules. When I first started applying they informed me that I was over on the income but they fixed it so I qualified. A month later they informed me that my application was not in compliance cause of a missing divorce decree and not receiving child support. They said they would have to evict me if I didn't provide that paperwork. I asked how they could evict me if I've been here for a month already and they signed off on the application, well they never responded to that. Before actually getting into the apartment, they gave me the run around about the move in date. They delayed me a month and a half. Once I got in, they took almost 3 months to give me a mailbox key. During the few months I was there, I lost my job, well i was late on my rent. I went to court and the court couldn't believe the "bad business". They ruled in my favor. Well I was a few days late again and they evicted me. They never showed me any paperwork and just showed up with a constable and took all my stuff out. Then I had 24 hours to retrieve my stuff from the side of the apartments and they went to through it away, another thing not done by the books. I even tried to reach out to the person above Ryan, Carey and she was just as big of a loser as he is. I am currently filing a lawsuit against Franklin Properties."
