"Great apartment complex! Wife and I had checked out 7-12 different places before we signed the lease with Allora. Amy was extremely helpful and we couldn't have asked for better. I expressed to her that we were trying to get situated ASAP as I had just had a military move, and she made sure that we were hand walked all the way through from application process to keys and walking in our new apartment, all within the same day and even stayed with us past normal hours to make sure we had ample time to view any units that we wanted. (Going above and beyond for customer service) Leasing agents (Savannah, Kierra, and Ashton) are kind and pleasant to speak to. As with any new apartment or apartment in general there are going to inevitably be things that pop up, But it is much easier when the people handling the issues are pleasant to speak to and try to get your issues resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Highly recommend to at least give it a look!"
