"The new owners have made a lot of improvements. You can tell they care about the property and work hard on maintenance requests."
"There have been such great improvements and changes over last couple years since the new owners took over. The staff and management are wonderful! Awesome property!"
"Great looking property that feels safe. Updated apartment is much better than other places I’ve seen. Definitely worth checking out."
"Management is helpful and maintenance is quick to respond. I’ve had an overall good experience living here. It’s a safe place, I would live here again."
"**DO NOT live here** . Mhmm Y'all thought I forgot? Since the very first day of my lease when I first had moved in, I had issues. The units are infested with flies & gnats that come through bathroom vents from outside. The leasing office MANAGER does little to no help with issues when tenants cause loud noise issues. They’ll just move you to another building with more disruptive & disrespectful tenants. There seems to be a pro dominantly race of Hispanics so whenever you have issues, everyone doesn’t speak English for you to communicate all of a sudden. But if you stand your ground being of color or not Hispanic, expect violation action being taken against you. TURN IN YOUR 2 MONTHS VACATE LETTER EXACTLY ON TIME OR THEY WILL FORCE PUT YOU ON MONTH TO MONTH. They will specifically not put THAT reminder notice on your door to force renew you into an month to month & of course at a higher price. They definitely dont fail to make sure you receive that rent due notice though. Lastly, just save your money. The space sucks, it’s like 574 sq feet for $1000 for 1 bed room. The price on the websites don’t matter because they’ll just charge the highest price listed for the range. So many better places in SA that are more safe, friendly, & feel like home, not like I’m in a different country."
