"Cecilia helped my husband and I so much. We looked at the townhome and we did all the necessary things we needed to do and I want to say 2 days or not even that we were able to move in. Our kids love the new place plus it’s real quiet. We love it here. I would say the only bad thing is you can hear your neighbors through the walls."

"I have already paid my deposit and fees and I have yet to move in. I am scheduled to move in the end of April and already this is not going well. I have scheduled three times to meet with a Cecilia and she agrees via phone and email that she’s available however when I get to the property she’s not available or on a call. I left my employers conference call early to accommodate her schedule since she stated she needed to pick up her baby at 3 pm. Complete disregard to future tenants work and life schedule. May a supervisor please contact me?"

"We have not had our grass cut in over 2 months by the landscaping crew that is paid for by the $40 charge in our monthly rent. We have tried calling management, messaging on the portal, etc. but most of the time get no answer. On the rare occasion that we do speak to someone we have had no luck in getting any meaningful response. They tell us they’ll follow up but we never hear back. I’ve spoken to neighbors about this and have heard some have gone 8+ months without their yard cut and have received the same treatment from management. It’s funny cause before we signed our lease we would receive texts and calls from the leasing agent even after hours if we had questions but as soon as they had our money things changed. Try your luck elsewhere if you want your time and money respected."

"Worst place Ive ever rented/lived at. Poor management, seems like no one knows what there doing. Ive put in a about a hand full of complaints and have not heard an update on any of them. They have us the tents call this other apartment complex called madera apartments and everytime I call it seems like they have no clue on anything to do with the town homes, its so complicated to get a hold of management or maintenance. Ive put in about 4 noise complaints on my neighbor for banging on the wall ,throwing glass, screaming and yelling at her boyfriend/husband or whatever at 2 or 3 in the moring even gone a far as called SAPD becuase its goes on for about 30 mins straight. But after everything they tell me they cant do anything about it because its not a crime. So i really dont know what else to do at this point. At this point i just want to break my lease and get out of here."

"I am a current resident of one of the townhomes in this complex. Management does not respond to service requests even if they are serious. I have had a massive leak under the kitchen sink for the past month and the service request has not even been acknowledged. There is now mold growing under the sink because it is not possible for me to clear the amount of water that leaks into the cabinet. I have contacted them SO many times. Called, no answer, no way to get through. No emergency number. They don't reply through the portal (but they do message you to remind you that rent is due promptly on the first!) There are so many stories like these that I have heard from my neighbors. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else with a better build and with better more responsive management."
