"Lot of security incidents happening lately, packages had been stolen all the time. Front gate open all the time not sure why it is called gated . Had access to everyone by entering code instead of using remote system by key or call resident. Maintainance staff was good is only good thing , but more things needs improvement."

"I’m staying in this apartment for 2 years now. This new management is very good and helpful. Any work order we raise is resolved the same day. They are very empathetic towards residents. Any request we make, even with lease or contract, they try to work with us and help in every possible way. Love this place !!"

"A LOT of people who DO NOT WATCH THEIR KIDS. They will run around in the dark in front of cars, and their parents are no where to be found. They leave their scooters, bikes, toys, and TRASH EVERYWHERE. Management is quick to tell you about the dog maintenance in the complex, but have nothing to say about all the trash and toys left by children and absent parents. A lot of new neighbors at this complex and the smell of their units is overwhelming. I’ve lived here for 3 years and over the corse of those 3 years I have had an increase of bugs due to my neighbors. I’ve complained and called wellness checks on these people and nothing is done. Thankfully maintenance is decent which is why it has 2 stars. Just wish the front office would inform tenants that this is not their backyard for children to roam freely and leave belongings everywhere. Parents should be lucky no children have been run over"
