For my short time working there I definitely would not recommend renting from them unless you wouldn’t mind having roaches as roommates, having broken appliances due to their failure to pay their venders, and you can forget about utilize the pools- they are both broken."

"About this place the bills are allocated meaning you will have to pay utilities for vacant apartments in your building they charge about 300+ for lights and water, not to mention the water is always off they don’t give you notice, noisy late night, pool water is green. Do not waste your money here it’s plenty properties out there that ain’t gone mess you over how these will"

"Horrible place definitely do not recommend, manager says he will send someone over to do it and will not do it, or will do complete it. My guest bathroom is covered in black mold for the past 3 weeks we have told them over and over again and they say that they will put in a work order but nobody ever comes. The guest bathroom tub faucet is always going which causes $400 water bill on top of the rent, told them many times. My sink was leaking they fixed the wall but never put the pipes back on, it’s every week something bad happens. Do not live here!"

"Would give zero stars if I could. The so called "manager" in the leasing office is very rude, she has no people skills what so ever! Would never recommend this place to anyone not even roaches. She has an attitude everytime she talks to tenants, shows favoritism towards certain residents. To be honest this sounds bad but I honestly think that she needs some dick in her life, because if she's getting any it must not be any good because of the way she acts. She acts as though she is superior to anyone and everyone who she leases to is inferior and beneath her. To be honest she must think that she is untouchable, well I guess she hasn't had a reality check yet."
