"I have been here for 2 years and this has been one of the best apartments i lived in. The property is always well kept and maintenance responds fairly fast. The owner does a great job running the property."
"Had an appt to view the property and got stood up. No offices on site. Appt that was supposed to left unlocked was not left unlocked. Property seemed nice and pool was clean. Location is excellent, I could tell noise will not be an issue here. Don't let this comment bias you if you are looking to rent here. Just had a bad experience on my short scout day in San Antonio."

"I have enjoyed my living experience at Austin Woods. I may potentially leave due to work opportunities, but would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area. Although the crime rates may be high in the surrounding area, nothing happened on this property being a young female. The only issue I have would be the 2 washers and 2 dryers for the complex that seem to be slightly outdated, however, there are connections in the storage. Maintenance is wonderful and timely, Kimberly is very considerate, very kind and a great manager. My one bedroom is very spacious all around and well priced. The complex is small but a very comfortable living area with HEB, Wal-Mart and Target no more than 5 miles away. Highly recommend!"
